How It Works

1. We gather the information.

PCS consultants use a Tablet PC in the field to record observations. Specially designed software allows us to gather detailed data about every door and window product in the building, including product types, sizes, surrounding conditions, and other relevant observations. Digital photographs are integrated with all related items.

2. The data is transferred wirelessly.

With built-in wireless capabilities in our Tablet PCs, we can instantly send all the information to our database manager, including files, sketches, handwritten notes, digital photos, and even audio notes.


3. The database stores the information.

With our advanced database, the manager processes
the appropriate data in the most useful manner to you and provides access, when you need it. We can query, sort and present the information in as many ways as your specific case requires.

4. Clients view their data.

We’ve created an interactive website that allows our clients to instantly view the pertinent information via the Internet, whether they are in the office or on the road. The data is always secure with a unique password system to protect your privacy and the integrity of the information regarding our mutual client.
